  • Do you tell me what to declutter?
While my job is to guide you though the decision making process, I will never tell you what to declutter, the final decision is always yours. Also, it means I can never be blamed when a client has been looking for ways to part with their great aunt's specialist collection...that no one wants!
  • How long will the process take?
It is contingent on a number of factors that might impact my client and their sessions; including the amount of decluttering needed, how easy it is to gather, sort & organise the items, their motivation levels, the decision making time, energy & health. I work as efficiently & quickly as possible particularly with tasks like shredding, gathering & collating items, & repetitive tasks.
  • Can you declutter my husband's Hawaiian shirt collection?
.....I am sorry but I can't. As much as I would love to say yes, this would be in breach of my professional ethics & moral code of conduct. I can only declutter your unwanted or pre-agreed items. However, with your husband's permission I would be delighted to!
  • Do you remove & declutter items from my loft or attic?
I do not go up into lofts or attics [unless the attic has access via normal staircase] Items from lofts and attics need to be brought down ahead of our session & I will happily declutter items with you.
  • Do you take away my charity donations & rubbish?
I will happily take your charity donations - as much as I can squeeze into my car. I do not however, remove general, hazardous, bulky waste, or e-waste from your property - however, we together we can source a free or paid for collection service.
  • Can you sell my decluttered items?
While I don't sell client's items, I can direct you to other sellers who might be able to help.
